Crispy Kale Chips
I haven't talked much about food here, and not because I have not been cooking or eating yummy vegetarian food (most of the time I eat my food faster than I can take a picture). But here are some pictures of my favorite healthy snack: Kale Chips!

Here's what you need:
*Kale (washed and cut into small pieces)
*Sea salt
*Olive oil
*Minced garlic
Massage the olive oil, sea salt, and garlic onto the kale leaves.
Put in the over for about 20 minutes or until crisp.
Enjoy!!!
