Crispy Kale Chips

I haven't talked much about food here, and not because I have not been cooking or eating yummy vegetarian food (most of the time I eat my food faster than I can take a picture). But here are some pictures of my favorite healthy snack: Kale Chips!

Here's what you need:

*Kale (washed and cut into small pieces)
*Sea salt
*Olive oil
*Minced garlic


Massage the olive oil, sea salt, and garlic onto the kale leaves.


Put in the over for about 20 minutes or until crisp.


Enjoy!!!

Fun activity with a lil one

Have a little one to entertain? Here's an idea: paint pandas on her nails!

This is what I did with my little one:


I don't own a whole lot of nail polish colors, so I improvised with acrylic paint, a liner brush (a really thin one), and clear nail polish.






She was so happy with her pandas!


This was a fun project that didn't take much time. She wore her pretty pandas to school and was really happy to have her favorite animal in 8 finger nails!
